Cave

Adobe Guadalupe produces 5000 cases of wine per year. The cave works well for ageing our wine in the barrels. The cave has a cupola of blue Talavera tile. Under this cupola we conduct our winetastings. Art, again, is an essential part of our cave; this time Juan Sebastian Beltran created abstract murals reaching up to the sky in the tower tasting room.
