Our Philosophy

The philosophy of Adobe Guadalupe is to create an ambiance of harmony with nature where people can have a unique experience with wine, haute cuisine, horseback riding, swimming and Jacuzzi. Where they can enjoy spectacular sunsets while being looked after by the cordial and warm people of the Valley of Guadalupe.

A famous sculptor once said that he could look at a block of granite and see the sculpture within. From there, it was only a matter of chiseling away all the parts that didn't belong. Adobe Guadalupe is much like this. It is more than merely a language inn or replica of a home on the Caspian Sea. Adobe Guadalupe is a special place, a place destined to be, and filled with a spirit and purpose that gives it a life all of its own.
