CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If not able to attend to your reservation, there are NO refunds.
  • You can cancel the booking with at least 5 days of anticipation at no extra charge, and reschedule within 12 months of your booking.
  • Without prior cancellation, the reservation and deposit will be lost. The credit is transferrable.

Reservation and Cancellation Policies for Cellar Tasting

All of our experiences are final. No refunds are available.

Tasting duration: 40 to 50 min.

There is a 10-minute tolerance limit. If you arrive after that time your tasting will take place at our store.

Anyone wanting to enter the cellar must pay for the tasting.

No minors or pets are allowed.

We can only have a minimum of (2) two to a maximum of (8) eight people per reservation.

No food, beverages or smoking allowed in the cellar area.

We respectfully request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of your tasting and must be made only by phone or email. Please contact us at +52 646 155 20 93 or degustacion@adobeguadalupe.com, your tasting is valid one year from the date of purchase. There will be no refund.

COMPANY POLICIES

  • Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the hotel, or the winery.
  • We love pets, but they are not allowed on the premises.
  • Maximum 2 persons per room.
