GSM with a touch od Cinsault. This sees 11 months in oak and the nose has dark and blue fruits integrated with vanilla, pepper and earth. Palate has red and blue fruit with a big spike of flavor from the mid to the end palate, acidity and sweet but round tannins. Excellent wine 4.2

Our take on the Syrah, Mourvedre & Grenache blend creates a unique mix of French flair and Mexican style.
Its seductive, ruby red full body is pleasantly dry, with a smooth and subtle tingle. As it ages, it develops a smoky aroma with notes of tobacco, licorice, cloves, leather and vanilla.
Its beautiful depth and wide complexity is paired with its soft tannins and long persistence. Unlike other Rhône blends, Kerubiel leaves the palate with a buttery, salty aftertaste.
In Tru´s words:
“A Châteauneuf-du-Pape with a spicy kick”
Lovely funk on the nose, hint of palo santo. Fresh pea shoots, black olive creaminess and a maple mesqute finish. Truly lovely

Mexican blend of Syrah, Cinsault, Grenache & Mourvèdre…
This blend offers a nice complex wine. Dark ruby red color, violet rim; clean and bright. Great intensity of aromas. Berries and black ripe fruits; spices; oak; vanilla and cinnamon. Sweet attack, followed by an interesting acidity. Good alcohol senstion. Velvety tannins. Mineral notes also. Long lingering aftertaste.
