I´m allways afraid about rosé wines, but this one is a perfect option for star a rush and hot day. I like the complex structure, with an equilibrated taste, fully aromatic with a citric, fruits, peachy taste, really fresh and enjoyable.
160MXN – 320MXN
A fresh and fruity wine with a mid-body and a rich, balanced acidity that makes it pleasant, clean and inviting.
A delightful structure with an atypical color for a Rosé, dry and darker than usual. Its crispy and not sweet, with a strong influence of red berries and flower aromas.
Uriel is a blend of Tempranillo & Syrah blend, in addition to other grape varietals, depending on the harvest year.
In Tru´s words:
“A lovely Rosé to better your mood on a hot summer day. The perfect antidote to gently cool you off…”
Crispy and refreshing Mexican rose… Refreshing blend that delivers good quality. Light cherry color. Clean and bright. Good intesity of aromas. Fresh red fruits ( strawberry, cherry): cherry caramel, cantaloupe. Some mineral hints, wet stone. Escellent acidity in mouth well balanced with alcohol. Medium aftertaste persistence. Paired with jasmine rice and marinated chicken with orange and spices.
